Participate in a ritual medal

Any idea how to get this done with the kids? all the rituals I have access to seem to only be for adults.

Beast hatching, medical rituals, Power and Energy rituals in the underschool and retirement for a staff member.

seems i dont have most of that unlocked, thanks for the info, as for medical rituals when do those unlock? is it something specifically tied to the hospital ward? have medical beds but never seen any ritual with them

If you have medical beds, the ritual book should include rituals for them I think. I haven't used those rituals yet.

In theory you might get the medal for participating in your own graduation/hiring ritual, but if that doesn't work you wouldn't get a second shot at it.

I never even noticed the beds actually had a ritual option, i was going by the book of rituals trying to find something where kids could be included, huge derp on my part -.-
