Hint? (Spoilers)

I know the dev's probably won't answer this, but Is there like any hints that you can give that help how to get the C file and/or Ending 1?

Edit: According to recent discoveries, getting File C has something to do with Ending 1, so now the question is if there is a hint on just getting Ending 1

you need to be nice to buddy and agree with him all the time. you must complete all the quests in the north including phoney. listen to everything he say until the end when he says to kill the dog, where you must do nothing. the plant in you room will be nice and healthy every morning if you are progressing correctly.

Does agreeing with the Buddy including agreeing to them when they ask if there was a problem when you were just standing still in the 2D section?

No. You want to tell him there isn't any problem. I think Buddy thinks they're the problem when you say 'yes"

There is also a question, in the final levers area when buddy asks if you like levers, but buddy says the levers aren't fun or something. I said no, which seemed to be the correct choice because no seemed to agree with buddy's statement and didn't get ending 1. I am pretty sure I did everything right to get ending one but could this be the reason why it didn't work?

Basically the idea is to make your buddy feel good about themself, so answering yes in the lever puzzle means you're having a good time which is what they are most worried about
