well yes because you get the U from that fight win
but I didn't have two u's directly after the fight. I didn't notice till about 7 hours later when I was trying to do ending 3

same except for i'm trying for endings 1 and 4... still haven't figured that out I just finished the play through and the file didn't update. Perhaps it's a bug

I just found T it is to the right of the pier to palchum ville (or whatever your irl friend ville) go through the trees.

it's hidden in the text adventure

R is found During the text adventure. When you start, go to the shed*, "take surprise", remember the number (I think "look arm" might also tell you the number again) then "take thing" to get the fishing pole. Head to the pond, fish *twice* to get the severed hand. "use hand" then walk around doing the adventure like normal until the hand comes back on its own to give you a map to a hidden place. Go to the hidden place then use the number on the keypad to get R.

*Don't turn the light on to the shed or the SURPRISE won't be there.

Now that we know where almost all the files are, we need to find out how to get to C, which the only way to get there, is to get Ending 1

From what I heard you have to be nice, don't touch any glitches, do all the quests and don't kill the dog, but I didn't try it myself yet, maybe there is something else that I'm missing.
