Anyone out there get ending #1 yet? (Spoilers)

I have officially played through this game twice and got ending #3 on first play and #2 on second. I am pretty sure #4 is completely having no trust for buddy and disobeying everything they say. #1 is still a mystery to me.

hint for ending 1; perfect ending - how its meant to end - be nice to buddy, but also nice to everyone.

and because that advice sux,

ending 1; listen to everything buddy says except; when he tells you to turn around when grabbing the paddle in the cave, when he says not to touch the dog in the final hallway, and when he says to kill the dog. to check if you are doing things right, the plant in your room will be good and healthy.

ending 4 hint; do what you shouldnt do, go where you shouldnt go, know what you shouldnt know. youve been here before.

ending 4; in the text part, when in the yard outside the house, go to the well even though there is no option. when in 2d, go to the secret chamber behind the house. when in isometric, go to the hidden path you use at the end of the game when exiting the cave. if this works you did everything right.

For ending one I did everything you said to. When I go to the painting and get outside I am forced to kill enemies and find my party also dying. After this segment I am forced to play the few games over and over that buddy creates to keep me trapped with them.

hm. did the plant say it was healthy? the painting will not show in ending 1 so something went wrong previously. maybe i missed something so check some of the other discussions. thats how i figured this stuff out so maybe i lost something in transit. sorry. my only guess is the paddle in the cave because i took that based on someone else without testing but other than that im not sure.

I can tell you that the name you give to That Guy doesn't matter, I wrote "no" for my name to him and still got ending 1

ah the chamber probably did it. since it makes buddy break character it maybe forces ending 2 im guessing u got
