Also got key revoked. What is going on? Is this guy / firm even legit? 🤷‍♂️
Due to the discovery of Frag Grounds keys on unauthorized third-party resellers' websites

Then you should have just revoked unused keys. But you have revoked keys which have been activated two years ago.

So guys, please all contact exosyphen aka the DIG store owner, who is a dev and publisher here on Steam himself. Let's see how he views this case.

Never buying another game from this dev again thats for sure
mine got deleted too :-(
Developer punishers gamers just because he can't get along with Robert Muresan.

Bye bye any hope of a career in game development, this guy just burned his brand and his name after screwing over customers. Completely unacceptable.

What's he going to be able to do?
At least this one chose an appropriate name - Mediocrity Interactive. Report the game for legal violation. If you have more than 5 minutes of gameplay, you'll also be able to leave a negative review even if you don't own the game anymore.

Revoked here too. It seems everyone who once owned this game now has their key revoked. :hexiaolan_dai:

The developer revoked every key sold through DailyIndieGame.

And given the ludicrous, insulting price on this Unreal Marketplace asset flip, nobody would have bought it directly on Steam.

So what you say is correct, everyone had their key revoked.

Let's all pay our respects to the developers career, he'll never work another day in this industry again.

He has a contract with the dev. We don't. Of course we can rant about it here, report the game and so on, but our contract partner is DIG. Contrary to Otaku in the recent revocation case DIG is still operative. Thus we have to report it to DIG and they have to contact the dev and ask for replacement keys. If the dev doesn't want to / ignores it, DIG has to check legal options based on their contract.

Hi everybody.

DailyIndieGame here.
Unfortunately, yet another case of a shady developer, using the same old trick to boost sales: Let's revoke keys. Because they were "fraudulently" obtained. 2 years later.

We bundle hundreds of games from developers. Actually, we have been through about 2000-3000 games. Somehow, those developers have no issue.

Report the game/developer to STEAM.

We will refund you since it doesn't cost us anything. We simply deduct it from the developers balance. Please allow a few days, as we have to go through this manually :)

Thanks exosyphen. Will the refunds occur automatically or do you need us to go report through DailyIndieGame?

Please use our contact form to get in touch with us, if affected.
P.S: I have just noticed that the majority of the keys given out, where through a free giveaway which the developer asked us to do.

Obviously there's nothing to stop someone who got a free key in this manner from putting it on any third party site they care to.
And it's perfectly legal in any jurisdiction.
