Assorted Bugs

An assortment of minor bugs and QoL issues that I've experienced over the last few games:

- The Flotsam Arena doesn't move along with the land when in the terraces. This can lead to the arena ending up inside the land.
- You still cannot get onto or off of the Flotsam Arena from any adjacent piece of land, only from the designated attachment point.
- The Paper Workshop doesn't offer the paper synergy with Fishing Towers.
- Brave working in the Paper Workshop will leave unmanned when they have created a paper, rather than throwing the paper out the door and repeating the process.
- AI will build trade routes during periods of low tide, even when they have no valid path when the tide rises.
- Ordering a person out of an under-construction building deselects the building.
- Braves will try and fail to put out a fire on a ledge above them even when they do not have access.
- Idle braves still occasionally fail to automatically return to the campfire.
- Double clicking a control group does not take you to the control group.
