- First few rounds unnecessarily taking too long due to 3 seperate lane battles.
- RNG arrows with no easy way to manipulate.
- Random melee creep spaws. (countless games were decided with RNG creep spawns)
- Ramp decks were nearly impossible to counter after they got to top. Crazy creep-army Green, ToT Red, 20 tower damaging Blue etc etc...
- Shop was terrible and was reliant on RNG.
- There were so little interaction between the lanes.
- Armor being over-powered.
- Extremely effective items used with no mana cost.
- Extrmely effective hero abilities used with no mana cost.
Now when you look at the list, you can see why Artifact 2.0 is a way better card game.
pls explain how it is better
Really?
1) That makes no sense. It was 3 seperate lane battels in every turn so it should be the same time no matter what round.
2)Ther where enough ways to manipulate the arrows.
3) A bit ture. But i guess if they would have given the option of placing them yourself. People like you would have complained that it is too hard of a game.
4) Thats called Strategie. IF do deckbuilding you need to think of the possibility of facing decks like that and how to counter them. and ther where enough counters. But i guess you only played red so you had no chance against green creep army.
5) Shop was better looking then now. And it rng now agian.
6) Seriously? there was einough interaction. Black had lots of it. (Stem cannon. Grzing shot, gank) Blue had some. Green had some. But i guess you feel that way because you only played red and they didnt have to many of them.
7) that is correct and could have been fixed really easy.
8) So what. But they had cooldown and you neede to buy them first with gold.
9) Name some pls
Better game 2.0 i dont think so. Limited lane slots and mana. sucks
We keep giving them feedback, but when they make changes "Fart boy costs from 4 to 5."
"WORK ON THE UI AND GAME PLAY FIRST" stats are thing you make last. It's like putting skin on a boneless boner
1) 3 different lanes playing one-by-one vs 3 lanes playing at once. 3 turns vs 1 turn.
2) There weren't. Especially the creep placement and targeting were annoying.
3) I wouldn't complain because of being hard. But it would damage the pace of the game.
4) I can't argue on this point. Don't have enough confidence. By the way I did not play Red mostly. Don't make assumptions. But I still feel that OP decks are less of a thing in 2.0
5) Everything was better looking as they are using placeholder assets for 2.0
6) 'Played only red' Yeah... Now don't tell me that the 1st version had as much as lane interaction and lane switching as this one. There are so many items-cards-abilities which allow heroes to move lanes in 2.0. You are giving me the example of Steam Cannon. I am mostly concerned about 2.0's more freedom on Hero's acting into the other lanes. You are not severely punished for your lane placement.
8) Some decks were so easy to accumulate gold though. It is a nice balance.
9) Ok, you are right on this one.
i couldnt make it 3 rounds trying the new one without just nodding off due to gamespeed and just too much going on, and i just dont care as much this time around, so i didnt care to try to absorb all the rules and phases the way I did the first time.
i just cant be bothered to care about 3 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lanes of slow ass ♥♥♥♥
People who think 2.0 is better
