The main reason they are doing this is to get people to try out their new company system. Its the carrot method. getting points is too easy and until they change it I do not see what the problem with it is. the boreas map is extra hard and really you should have a party of players who work well together running not a group of randoms, even tho most of the time it is one person company starting it and 15 randoms being pulled into it. Boreas, if you ask me, was a map made for those of us who wanted extra hard missions. The normal player base may not want missions like that. so by not having it be normal mission I think was a good idea. Plus boreas is broken right now and I can not complete one without it crashing, server time out because the mission takes too long to do.
Just my thoughts on this.
Create your own company and set it to private or public doesn't matter since you are the leader, you can buy the boreas mission for 100-130 points (You get 1000 points on new company startup, surely you see what I am hinting at,)
Now just queue the mission, and it will throw you into the Boreas of your choice with other players.
For any non-Boreas mission you win, you get points; otherwise, delete the company and rinse and repeat.
