a scope for first aid stim dart pistol
Give it a little extra range, accuracy and a 3 ex scope. It could give the medic more focus on healing. Think about it not just shoot stim darts to revive and heal allies, but also the medic could send the healing drone to heal allies using that pistol

its a healing dart itll be slow to fire but make that unlimited as its the medic primary weapon but its slow firing
