Salute Faster and at More Things!

Great feature, and silly little respectful roleplay emotes are good for games like this.
It really does change things when you can quickly emote stuff like this.
We don't need silly dances, or taunting the bugs, or even LOTS of things. However there is the constant discussion for non-mic users (which IS going to just be a thing, some people don't for a great many reasons) and possible a few, functional, non-silly emotes might help.

A faster easier Salute, a big arm sweep Wave Forward Command, and maybe like an actual Point gesture when you ping while NOT in "aim-down-sights" view. I personally would't mind a big high-five for some reason? But how would that work with two players stopping to activate? Anyway...

If nothing else, a Faster Salute activation and the ability to do it when and where ever.
