Bastion & Base Building Xp
These two lack rewards for doing what they do best, and I believe that the player should get some support xp for what they do when playing as the Bastion or when players take time to build a base.

First off being a Bastion means you can take damage, however no one thanks you for holding the line. To combat this the Bastion should receive xp when they take damage from the Gunner Bug, as this bug will kill anyone else who doesn't have heavy armour.
Next when in Siege Mode taking damage from any bug that isn't a Drone should give xp, as Bastion's often get swarmed and if your holding the line you should be rewarded.

Now for base building:
Ammo Crates - These should give out xp to those that place them when they aren't placed within a radius of one square of each other, this is to promote splitting the ammo around the base as apposed to placing them next to each other.
Bunkers - These should give out xp to those that place them when they take 10% of their health, let say 2xp, so your rewarded for placing them where they are most effective.
Walls, Ramps, Doors, Towers - These shouldn't give xp as you can them overwhelm the base.

Before I go further I want to talk about repairs as they too as a thankless job, and you should be getting some thing for doing repairs instead of killing bugs, which greatly helps the objective and can be the difference between wining or losing.

So when you repair a damage building you should get xp equal to percentage amount you repaired, though this is different depending on what you are repairing and the value is increase based on how soon they have taken damage.
Ammo Crates - No xp, they hardly take damage.
Bunkers, Turrets - Yes to giving xp when you repair them.
Walls, Ramps, Doors, Towers - Yes, however at a lower value than that of a Bunker.

Repairing after taking damage is very important, what it more important is rebuilding after they have been destroyed, so a modifier should be introduced here to reward you stopping the swarm from continuing to over run the base.

Going back to base building:
Turrets - They should give xp to those who place them when they kill a bug, however if they are destroyed that xp should be reset, and whoever repairs it should get the xp if it stays alive for them too; and so on. This it to promote better base building getting the most use out of them while not wasting them when they can die so easily.
Eclectic Fence - Building 3 of them on a single square while the ARC has been at 100% in the last 2 minutes, and the Eclectic Fences haven't dealt any damage should null any xp you get from base building. Basically if you waste them you lose out on any xp you could of gotten, promoting better base building.

In my opinion these ideas is great but only on paper.
The ingame effect would cause total chaos.

e.g.
-Build 3 walls.. remove them...build again...
-xp turret kills would end up with turrets being taken down and rebuild at the same spot. Just to steal the xp earning rights.

The main reason these ideas dosn't work is because they will cause players to fight each other for juice xp gaining. And make ARC mode even more annoying since mined ore will be wasted left and right.

The only suggesten i think that would work is :
-Reparing base structures earn you xp.

I do agree Bastions don't get much recognition but I have no problem getting XP personally.

It all depends on the individual player as i've easily outscored the other classes with my Bastion as some people just have no clue what they are doing.

If you are on a good team that works together you will make out just fine with XP as long as you are playing your role to the best of your abilities.

That being said it is nice when you get props from others which is more than enough of a reward in my eyes.

Of course using the destruction tool shouldn't yield any xp and you should only get repair xp when a bug has damaged a building within a couple of seconds, and just in-case causing damage to a building then having a bug destroy it should null the xp.

Also the values of repairing xp will properly be just above what you get for killing a drone, you need to do it a lot to farm it.

XP for Bastion - Yes for taking damage, I'd extend to all damage. It would need to be balanced, of course.

XP for structures - People will take down other peoples' structures for the experience, so not a good idea.

XP for Repairing - Yes, there are times that people will just refuse to repair as there is no reward for this.

Turrets - Again, no, people will take down other peoples' turrets so they can place their own.
