Can I replace the Drone for Operators?

Look, I'm not against the AOE heal, it's saved quite a few missions.

But I cannot get enough of Stabbing People with Heal Juice and Screaming, "You aren't allowed to die yet." And doing so in the most unhinged ways possible like a terrible BDSM relaitonship where they must give me a Thumbs up after I stab them in the chest with a 2G needle and squeeze out the healy juice to regenerate their limbs and fill them with Andrenaline.

So umm.... I kinda wanna be able to replace the drone with something else.
