join company

im trying to join my friends company to level it up for the rewards but i cannot find it in suggested and he cannot invite me? is there a way to search for it?

Currently there's no way to search for a specific company nor invite specific companies you make. Just got to be lucky that you find the one specific company in the handful that appear in the "suggested" tab.

Lol I tried quickplay 10 times and nope, Boreas did not load. Joining companies seems not to have worked either , still on the outside. But we have snow enough where I live so who cares if I never see it.

This new company mechanics is a bit like my gf, both are impossible to understand but at least I DO have the company of her but maybe that is because she is more stable, her early access period ended several years back

I'm going to be honest. I don't think the dev's other than one of them are good programmers. or designers. (the one good one is the dude who made the bug corpse mechanic and I know this was one of the devs passion project) This is said as someone who has sunk 500 hours into the game, and I have seen the ups and downs over time.
I don't see it getting better. every update has slowly made the game worse in many ways.
