Summary of 5/24 Q&A session :
+ More color options for your suit , pink is not guarantee .
+New locations for the current existing planet ( Valaka and Agni Prime )
+ Urban map is on the table , dev is considering new game mode for urban setting .
+ Next patch , ammo modifications along with a new feature , supposedly it will go hand in hand with ammo mod .
+ Weapon mastery will be expanded .
+Bug nerve stem will coming , but not on the next patch .
+Image Upscaler get update
+Galatic war still in development , more news coming in late Summer , narrative driven and community have to work together to win the campaign .
+Sky marshal will make an appearance in game during Galatic war .
+Clan / company at first will limit to invite / kick people , will be expanded further for more functions .
+Next patch mostly for optimization and a few extra new things . Bug dismemberment is in development , they are close to achieve it , as player dismemberment , it is a bit more complicate because people can revive other so the dev want to do the feature justice and is brainstorming it .
+ Watkin is confirmed to not using any ticket , just as the dev intended it to be but they can take it away if they want to .
+ Distinguish feature for squad may be , like different color for squad , etc .
+ Dev do listen to the community feed back and they have to test a lot before adding it to the game .
+ Weapon stat will show as number on the next patch . No more bar .
+ Tutorial will get update in the future , hopefully before 1.0 launch , no longer about ore refining and base building .
+ Dev is quite please with how the current classes play out , People pick : Sniper #1 , Medic #2 . Dev is taking a closer look at Guardian class and need more data .
+ More weapons from movie , Morita MK2 , Morita smart rifle , Nuke launcher (?) .
+ May be when they add hopper bug that we will get anti air installation .
+ Tanker coming later this year , along with other bugs .
+ Console port ? Unfortunately , they have to prioritize developing the game on PC platform first .
+ Flying bug need more work to do regarding of A.I ( like the ability to swoop in , pick you off behind rail and drop you off somewhere ) .
+ Lore , reputation system , in-game wiki , etc .
+ Road map will get update , again .
+ PMO least favorite class is Sniper , he play mostly ranger , demo and guardian , he sucks at Medic and Engi . Astrea favorite class is Medic .
+ Dev is considering more type of Guardian turrets , or more buildings option for Engi ( like bridge for example ) .
+ More base building pieces in the future .
+ Marauder mech M-11 Babar will eventually make it into the game .
+ Airstrike ability ? Yes . Dev want TAC fighter do more than just bombing the bug .
+ Bug will be able to climb .
+ Mutator will only available in Galatic war mode , may be .
+ Currently no plan for new game mode at the moment , dev is trying to make the existing game mode more enjoyable and unique .
+ Public shower ? Never say never .
+ Dev is looking at the gun reloading as currently some take too long to reload and bug disrupt you .
+ There will still be normal mission just like the one we have right now after they introduce Galatic war , but the dev want players do Galatic campaign for " reason " . Possibly a new type of XP .
+ Gear of war style reload is not on the table as the dev doesn't feel it have much impact on the game .
+ The game will get harder , but they are being careful here because the game gotta be accessible to everyone and all fan . It will not as simple as a number slider .
+ There will be no Hero of Federation mode for now :(
+ Hive mode will be expanded , like 16 player hive mode with different objectives than the current one , more info coming in late Summer or Fall .
+ More improvements for ours A.I troopers , no mention of being able to get them inside dropship :(
+ Disable UI hub .
+ Clan are just clan , no special privilege regarding of mission choice .
+Brain bug and God bug , yes . There will be solo missions but the dev won't say more .

+ Dev doesn't have the rights to Roughneck Chronicle . They only have rights to use movie stuffs , also they can create new bugs and all of them are part of canon .

PvP....never for this game. Focus on coop-experience and improving performance.
Marauder will be controlled by player or AI? I think double weapon XP is more viable, as mastering for some weapon like the flame thrower is pain in the Ass and there will be a weapon mastery expansion.
The PvP was more of a thought for clans to play laser tag like they did in the first movie
frankly you should not add anything new until you fixed the performance (very low fps) issues.
You keep adding features, maps etc. and ignore the biggest elephant in the room.
Fix the FPS issues. it has been a year. Get external help or use ai to find the bottlenecks in your code.

- Was changing classes mid-game never intended? If so, then why? If i start a session and pick a class, and the people joining after are forced to pick other classes that suit the session(although it would be great if we an even number of classes in a game)? What if i picked Guardian and the next 10 people joining also pick guardian, at that point i would love to change to other classes to fit my team's need, wouldnt that be better for me and the whole team?

IMO , the ability to change your class mid game is a very powerful one and thus they must be careful of it . Part of the fun is to make do with what you have or else everything will devolve into Meta , like change into X class at certain point or the team must have certain number of trooper type .

Sometime you get into a match with half of the team is medic , other time there is only 1 medic in the team and everyone play cautiously .

The A1, I found, was pretty fast despite it's short range. Since it overpenatrates and is an automatic, it didn't feel too bad. The Emancipator and Peacemaker, were a little painful, but the worst for me was the pump slug

Like Kampfer said, the devs do need to see how long it take for people to level stuff with the current xp requirements. As long as plenty of people say that certain guns feel way worse to level, then that give the devs a direction for rebalancing

Generally the way things are it favours rapid fire spray and pray weapons as it were for XP or weapons that can hit multiple targets a shot. Hence why automatics and e-pulse generally are fast to level up.

At moment the XP is flatout same across the board for all weapons which is why some are going to be a chore more so than others to level up. Unless you are saving the ammo for Bugs that grant more XP like Tigers and Grenadiers in which case you might push towards fighting over kills which is not something you particularly want to encourage.
