did everyone loose all progress when they did the class change?

The old 3 classes were retired and 6 were put in it's place. You can't keep what was removed, I suggest you stay away from Early Access games in future. They're subject to change and you were warned before buying this product, if you didn't read it that's on you.

To add to what Tetra said, players were informed of the wipe before 0.7 was released.

The good news is that was the only progression wipe the devs are going to do.

Yes, but you should have kept account level. Class max level is 15 currently, so it doesn't take long to level, especially if you do horde mode.

You can't keep something that's been replaced. It was reset to make way for a new system.

Oh yeah my bad, yeah it's normal. Every EA game is subject to change so even if they devs don't announce anything you should always assume things will change. Always expected the unexpected and you'll never be surprised :)

You all were told multiple times that progress was not going to carry over. If you persisted in playing expecting it to still be there, that's on you.

It won't take long to get everything back, unless you like prestiging like in CoD.
