Company ops unavailable
To do company ops, you must be in a company, but when no officers in that company are making ops, it locks out the company ops missions.
I could leave the company I'm in, but then how do I guarantee that the new company I join isn't as inactive as the last.
This is not helpful,

Please make company ops more available.

We have raised this many times waiting for the developer to redesign the Company and special ops. At the moment, many people like me just create our own companies and trigger the ops with points we gain ourselves. This is not a good way or proper way to use, but the only way now to get to triggering the ops. If someone has some ops running, you may join into those ops if you just random play.

Just make your own Company, you start off with 1000 intel and you can just pick and choose the ops you want to play and if you're lazy you can just start a new company and get a free 1000 intel. Rinse and repeat.

Playing company ops is no different than playing the rest of the game, people who are queuing for the same mode or in QP can join, there's no need for a premade team. They just decided to gatekeep the new map behind the clan system is all.

Although do be aware that there's no guarantee all of the 6 options will have active players. AAS is always a quick pick, but I've had infinite wait times trying to get a game of ARC, I wouldn't bother trying Hive Hunt, and I haven't seen Horde since the latest patch dropped.
It also really depends if you're playing during peak hours or not.

Search The Wolf Brigade. This is something that worries me about my own members, so I'll be mass promoting once I log in today. Someone on the discord last night said they have 29 officers so his members can launch whatever op they want whenever they want.

as I understand it you can have 2 officers and one master (i wish they would rename it to a LT and 2 SGTs) thats 3 people that can set the time. Ideally you would have them all in 3 different shifts. That is not easy to do. recruit someone from a time you are not online. That way someone would always be on and able to set the missions. Having people playing 8 hours a day I do not think is something most people can handle. So there are times when company ops are not running players can just build points for the company to do ops later. I find it harder to find people to do ops with then it is to find the points to do the the ops. I am sitting on 9,999 points and it takes 30 minutes to find a op. Non company ops (normal missions) it just takes a minute. So I normally just do normal missions. Since I hate sitting around until the 1 hour timer runs out without doing anything.

If you want to do ops you need to get in a company with 16 players online the same time you are so there wont be any wait time. Then you can do 3 ops in the 1 hour given. as far as I can tell that is the most ideal way to do this.

I have my own company alone and I have the maximum points xD

You literally don't need anyone, I always create my own Company Ops and end up joining someone's or someone joins mine.

Of course, the difference between belonging to a group is the organization, but usually these are the same if they're in a company.

There's no limit to the amount of officers a company can have. A master could promote the whole company if they wanted. What should be implemented instead, is a toggle, so that the master can set it so that either only officers or higher can start an OP, or anyone can
