How do u get rocket launchjers?

One of the side missions normally require you to power up some generators, these generators once complete open a weapons case with a Rocket launcher in it.

Another side mission involves scanners IIRC and those also provide you with rocket launchers.

You get them from the secondary objectives like the power generators if you complete it a crate opens and an icon of two crossed swords appears on the map and nav compass, that's how you get it be sure to be apart of the group trying to complete it and also stay close to a constant source of ammo as it has mags of 3 rockets and only carry's 3 mags.

Use your build tool to repair them, takes 2 or 3 repairs along with waves of bugs to stop you. Once opened... walla.
