Helldivers 2... The better StarShip Troopers ?

I saw the Gameplay Trailer and it looks so mutch better :/
Hopefully Extermination does well this Year....

helldivers however is only 4 man coop instead of the 16 player and its 3rd person plus it isnt actually a starship troopers game

yeah 4player is not as imersive as 16 i see....but hell it looks awesome and there also loads of Bugs to kill ! :O (i know that it isnt a StarShip Game)

That and I personally love defense.

But those airstrikes.... I'd kill to have artillery in SSTE. Or a reason to. Be fun to support away teams with artillery stationed at the base.

I never liked the top-down view of the first, easy to lose your own character as you were busy looking at your targets. FPS view is far better from my pov.

Nothing against Helldivers.. but I prefer this ip to it. An actual FPS and not a 3rd person or top down game.

Helldivers 2 is the type of game for those people who complain about starting rifle can't kill bugs without mag dumping in Starship trooper. Only 4 players, instead of 16 players so i expect 4 times easier to kill bugs. They can live their Johnny Rico dream of 2-3 tap a bug, while we can continue our mag dump on a bug just like we saw in the movie on the planet Klendathu scene. Win win situation. Everyone moves on. No more rant posting about mag dumping. We know that devs can't please everyone and we are too far off to come to a compromised.
