falling through dropship on takeoff

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue but on some maps when the ship takes off i fall through the back of the ship to my death. Seems to happen when ship lands near side of mountains

Yeah, if you stand near the doors of the ship you will reliably fall out. The center of the troop transport seems to be stable.

Known issue. You don't even need to be near the doors, you'll be dropped regardless of where you are, it's just random

yep and it has nothing to do with the positioning inside of the dropship

Perhaps not inherently, but if you continue to walk at the doors after the lift off commences you will reliably fall out. I do it all the time to just be funny.

It is annoying since it seems like if someone falls out, not only do they not get the trooper bonus, but sometimes you lose them as a trooper. 16/16 on extract, 15 person bonus when someone fell out.

Known by whom? Has the developer acknowledged this?

Kinda annoying on vet when only a handful of guys got to the dropship and then you fall out as you're taking off

It usually happens to me when I throw a grenade after the drop ship has lifted from the ground. Since I stopped it hasn't happened, but could just be random.

I get it frequently. My ping is usually between 11 and 14. System specs are below:
