Does the game work on Windows 7 ?

I know the steam page say it require W10 and DX12, but who know, some games still work on W7 even with those limitation.

So does any W7 user tested the game ?

You might beable to get it to run TBH But with steam Dropping support for windows 7 and 8 in the next year or so and this game being Quite Early access to the point where It struggles to run on my computer being Windows 10s it may not run at all or just struggle in general with out some work arounds

Yeah, but I know some people made Elden Ring and other games work on W7, so who know.

My spec is good enough for the game (minus the OS requirement) so I don't think I would have too much trouble if the game at least boot, but I don't want to waste time buying the game, testing on W7 and then asking for a refund and wait for days before it get proceeded if the game doesn't work.

So if anybody already tested this; don't hesitate to share your result.

You have to use -dx11 as start parameter. But beware it crashes after each match and also when you try to Change your loadout

I tested it myself. It launches with -dx11 but crashes after each round right after the extraction(you still get the exp) Maybe they will fix it maybe not

The operating system that was so good and popular they had to give the new versions away for free and then force hardware companies to block it so that people would "upgrade" from it.

Btw did you tested it with DXVK ? does it start with DX12 with that ? or does it prevent -dx11 to crash ?

Just bought the game (with another account) and as AlphaElite2 said, I can confirm that it work with W7 with -dx11

No, I gave up and installed it on win 10 (I use dual boot, so I can skip the problem)

Also use win7. after each match crashed.
old PC cant use win10.
