Martyr and reviving disabled
Those two mutators are in my mind the biggest issue.
They interfere with the whole purpose of the support class, revive others.

The only good thing I can say about revive disabled, it's a great way to try and encourage a careful extraction, with team moving as one and supporting each other as well as they can.
Assuming a reasonably competent team ofc.

Reviving disabled is after my opinion a good one, because people need to think what they do. :AOESheep:

so why do we even have an option to revive someone? And class made all around healing and reviving.

Don't misunderstand me, I think it's in the category of "silly" mutators. Along with randomised loadouts, Martyr, drone swarm... a couple of others. Not that they are terrible, just silly tbh.

It is like if there was mutator that prevents Bastion from deploying.
Ruining the core of the class.
Randomized load out mutator is instant alt+f4

99% of operators don't heal beyond their class ability anyways. I used to run with the medi station, never was used. Stims are pointless when a heal beacon exists and lasts longer aside from the instant rez which the class ability does anyways. Most people just want that nade launcher.

Bastion being unable to deploy and drone being unable to revive are not the same thing.

The Operator specializes in healing, reviving, building, and resource collection.
Drone is for healing and convenient/mass reviving.
Any class is capable of reviving a downed player.

No reviving makes healing a higher priority and forces better teamwork.

Nah what could go wrong with completely negating the point of one of the three classes in the game?
I've played several no revive matches as an operator, it hardly effects the game for me. its more about dropping ammo and hauling ore.

You probably just didnt noticed because you dont recieve any information about your team mate going down. But it did affect your game. The same way as you dont know that someone is low on ammo unless he starts yelling into mic or just suicide to bugs for no apparent reason.
