I'd splits the community the same way different difficulties too. I don't see it being that much of an issue, unless the player count drops to three digits for which the chance of course is not zero.
Like those i don't mind at all. It's mostly the really silly ones that just take me out of it completely, or the "Yeah you'll just gonna lose now" ones.
That isn't Starship Troopers. You are talking about some generic sci fi cockroach mashing phone game.
In Starship Troopers, bugs stomp the troopers in every scenario, except when troopers use their wits(which few have except Rico), forts, and big nuke launching guns.
I also think that players need to drop out of every single match with the BS mutators. I am sure they can see those numbers on their servers. If the sandstorm has a 57% drop out rate they might get the message.
Easy is a joke.
It's amazing they thought that forcing this on even normal mode was somehow a great idea.
Who are they even catering to with leaving mutators out of easy, but including them in literally every other mode? Either train new players on what they're going to be forced to play at some point, or don't implement them at all.
