Spanning multiple monitors

Utilizing the Surround configuration for Nvidia - I am running triple 25in 240hz gsync monitors. The game usually loads correct and game play renders at the correct resolution. After that, any game I play, the screen appears 'zoomed' in Key indicator is the view of the current weapon is too close. Only way to fix this is to revert back to a single monitor at 1920 x 1080 resolution. Switching back to 5760 x 1080, problem comes back. Anyone else spanning multiple monitors or only me?

I use to back in the day, had the same issue,
Most games on the left and right screens look stretched,
Center screen usually was perfect though.

I gave up on that and now just use a single 55inch 4K Tv
