I'm curious to see what your game looks like. Can you post a screen shot? I was running on a GTX 1660 super, which is much better than the 1060 and it wasn't a great experience in terms of decent frames. I'm now on a 3070 (took advantage of that clearance $399 pricing) and now it's way better.
All I need is a consistent-ish 60fps to enjoy a game as long as it isn't PvP. That being said though some PvP that don't require twitch shooting I can play just fine at 40fps.
Also, what is a screenshot gonna do other than show you the same thing you would screenshot at the setting I suggested.
I was struggling to get 60 fps on a 1660 super. So I'm curious just how low graphical setting you need to be payable on a 1060
