What does Yakisoba mean?
It's referenced everywhere related to the executable.

I assume it is/was the games code name internally

Yakisoba = fried noodles
Japanese dish consisting of noodles (= long, thin strips made from flour and water, cooked in boiling liquid), fried with small pieces of meat and vegetables and a special sauce:

So it's just a filename <_< with the client side of the game saved in your AppData user file.

It's a Japanese noodle dish. It could be a codename for the game. Or a name for phase 1 versions.

It's not just a filename for sure. If you look at the bottom of your screen while playing it's watermarked with Yakisoba + the exact version number and early access disclaimers.

Thanks for the translation. I wonder why the devs chose that...

OK dude.

Yes, it's also a filename. I said it's not *just* a filename. Are you saying they can't use it as a filename if it's also a project name?
