It's a first person story driven adventure game on another planet. I haven't played it but seen some videos of others playing it. It's even on my wishlist.
How is that the same art as 'Millennia' though? Millennia is more kind of an isometric view looking down from a distance at an angle towards the world. Not first person at all. Sure the same artist can draw a close up portrait of a person one time. Then a mountain in the distance another time and it can still have the same feel or have the same type of color palette or somewhat notice the same style in the artist paint style. I'm just not sure I can see the likeness between these two games art though.
You have me intrigued. Maybe if you elaborate some more and explain what you mean with that statement? Then I would at least know if to agree or disagree.
Maybe you are refering to some other game called 'The Invincible'?
So one has sand dunes, an austronaut helmet, a tube and a small part of an oxygen tank sticking up in the dunes between two small bumps in the dunes. Then a skull behind the glass in the helmet. On a larger image you can even see a skeleton hand in a glove sticking up. No landscape in the background. Not even like a red atmosphere. It's all just filled with the color red. A very plain white font with stroke/a shadow effect saying THE INVINCIBLE (divided up over two lines). Then an underscore running under the name.
The other also has some sand dunes as well, but more detailed. A skull with a crown on lying directly in the sand in the middle of a small bump in the sand dunes. Then a whole landscape with details. Even mountains in the background. I think I can even make out some ruin there. Plus a sky with clowds. A pretty plain font style too in more of a golden color. A lot more effects added to the font saying MILLENNIA.
I also found variations where the skull an crown is moved to the left. Various versions of the background when doing a search.
I can see how at a very quick and superficial glance it can look a bit same as far as an idea goes. Also only as far as a cover goes. However I don't think that's the first time a human skull sticking up in some landscape has been used. I think I saw that on the covers of some movies in the video store, more than once. Back when video stores were still a thing. I can't remember which movies though. It's a bit far fetched to say one of them took the art from the other just from that. Even if the cover has some likeness. The rest of the game is nothing alike. Neither in art style or gameplay style. Totally different games. Still an interesting observation.
