I really enjoy having the ability to have a more relaxed game in order to see the starting area and then applying it to the potential NS and Governments down the line. Having multiple nations at a time makes it even more interesting. I can answer a lot of what ifs and would this or that work questions. My money, my time, solo player, playing the way I want.
I do think it is having more than 1 human nation causing this to happen. As I stated earlier the Barbarian menu appears. Will see...... Thanks for the advice and the responses.
Well yes, this would remove the restart function. You really should have mentioned this in the original post because no one would have considered it ex nihilo.
