I made some bad choices (build to mucho food buildings.) And now i dont have space to gatter wood for buildings, what can i do to fix It?

i would make getting a trading post a top priority so you can spend those res at the trader for consumables etc. selling said consumables was my biggest mass GP gain in the early-midgame

Sometimes when you don't have people or negative. Wait it out. Just slowly add everything that changes your satisfaction to a plus. People will come. It will only take time.

The problem is that i couldnt gatter resources to build one, now that i Yeet some meat, i will build one,

Yeeting is definitely the way to go while you're low level township. Rushing a trading post isn't all that useful for getting rid of extra resources because most of the decent trades are locked behind a combination of fairly high level township and having a certain number of township tasks completed. Until you're further along with those, there's just not much to trade for.
