Trading post? Clothing? Runes?
I can't figure out how to get a trading post, or make clothes or runes.
I don't see additional building types in the milestones, and none of the buildings I can build produce those resources or allow trade, what am I missing?

When in the building tab tick the "Show locked township buildings" box. It will show the requirements in terms of level and population.

That should be enabled by default, IMO
