way to increase minimum hit damage?

like the title, is there a way to increase my min. hit damage or will it always be 1?

There are several skills which of course the appropriate level will help you get a bonus to have to increase your minimum hit, most are relatively high level, there are even some weapons and other items you can equip to increase this effect, some are unique, which is why I'm not spoiling it for you or anything

The earliest you can get it, is in Astrology, you'll need to have Iridan at 99 Mastery before it shows up, 5% of your max hit will be added to your minimum hit, to be honest though, having Astrology maxed as much as possible will help all skills, as it's literally just a boost/bonus skill of effects that are purely passive for all skills
