Any updated "Can i idle" sites up there?

Has anyone come across any sites with updated data on new mobs and dungeons?
I just dont understand some of the slayer monsters... there is nothing that indicates that suddenly one of their ability decides to hit more... no debuffs on me.. no ability seems to buff the enemy.. yet sometimes their damage increases over the auto eat thereshold...

No, and combat sim isn't done yet. But you could try something like Semi Auto Eat and Combat Indicators. It's not what you are asking for but still. Also semi auto run possibly.

(or get more prayer points and sacrifice dps for not losing item on death with protect item)

At least that's what I am doing atm.
