Best way to get bolts?
I'm at the point where the Elerine Longbow isn't really cutting it anymore and I'd like to swap to the Ancient Crossbow, but bolts require gems and gems are hard to come by. What's the best way to farm out large quantities of bolts?

I believe that mass-producing crossbow bolts is something that should be done after reaching level 99 and obtaining the cloak.
