Ancient Ring of skills is impossible...
I am doing to task Elite and is imposible to finish it for th Ancient Ring of skills.
I am fishing for days and it is not appear. No one.
I have all complements, sailor t-shirt, runes and I am fishing Sea horse and skeleton fish.
Help.

You should probably reread what bonus the Sailor's Top gives you.

The Sailor's Top gives NEGATIVE 8% special drop rate. You're lowering your chances of getting the rings by wearing it.

Depending on your bonuses, there is a good chance you're at 0% drop chance.
