Good ways to deal with barrier enemies?
As the title says, I am almost 99 in all noncombat (including summoning/archaeology) and around base 80s for combat. I did some barrier things and was not finding any success even with what I thought was decent gear for it. I want to get the crystal dust to upgrade my tools as well as doing the dungeons to get the extra maps for archaeology.

Is there some gear I'm missing? I've seen a lot of people complain about the mechanic and it has caused me some trouble but is this just due to gear or will it still be annoying even with decent stuff?

You only need a handful of things. There are many items that aid against barriers, however i found you can get by with just a few.

- First of all, summons are important. The stronger the better. Personally i use Yak/Dragon. Tortoise is also an option after you can farm gems.
- Barrier Sapping Gloves and their upgrade help a lot.
- The best Barrier Gem you can find.

For certain enemies you will want Pure Crystal armour set (G) which removes crystal sanction and upgrading your god armour to (B) will help take down barriers faster.
