From the wiki page on casual task rewards:
-The amount of Township experience is equal to 9% of the total experience between the player's current Township level and the next level
-The amount of GP is five times the amount of Township experience awarded
-The amount of Slayer Coins is 1,000 times the player's Slayer level
EDIT: Nevermind if you saw my previous thing, I was mistaken. Money gain is tied to XP gain from tasks and XP gain depends on your Township level, basically. So leveling your Township is what increases gold gains from casual tasks.
