Something wrong with the Superior Skill Cape?

It says on the wiki it's meant to be unequppied once new skills come out and aren't lv120 yet but I'm capable of using it fine. Will it cover the Superior capes for Archaeology and Cartology or do I need to buy the new ones first?

Cartography & Archaeology have their own Superior Completion Cape separate as their own DLC requirement which states it's just Atlas of Discovery DLC

It remains the best option for an easy 5% Damage Reduction once you maxed both of the skills themselves & fulfill the extra requirements then you have access to the Superior Cape of Completion for the DLC

Superior Cape of Completion for the main game consists of the Main Game & Throne of the Herald of course extra requirements besides getting max 120 in all skills basically to collect, obtain & do everything

Where the main game you need to max all skills & everything to gain access to the Superior Completion Cape which is 10% damage reduction but obviously, the multitude of skills & requirements literally takes astronomically longer to obtain
