how do you get Aranite or Dark Steel?

I am still trying to figure that out. My only guess is that you have to unearth the site like you have to for the Unholy Logs.

had the same thought but i would expect there to be recipe for them atleast

Aranite Tools are the Level 25 Upgrade for Archaeology tools. The Sieves are found as an Uncommon drop in the Old Village Dig Site. The Trowels are found as an Uncommon Small Artefact in the Ancient Market Dig Site.
