Auto survey is a bit weird?
Why does it seem to want to survey everything apart from the tiles directly adjacent to me?

See the image below to see what I mean, but it means that it will discover all the far away stuff, then I still need to manually do the close ones so that I can travel to the further stuff after discovering it.

EDIT: My suggestion for a change would be to have it do all things within normal survey range first, then move on to the further away things.

It would also be nice to have options to prioritize low-level hexes to discover them more quickly, or prioritize points of interest if you're trying to get more of those.

If you use the "Survey" button instead of the "Auto Survey" button, you can set up your own queue, adding and removing hexes as you please.

As for the Auto Survey, it is a complete mystery to me how it selects the queue. I am also curious why you can't edit the queue that is set up by Auto Survey. Maybe it is because the Auto Survey can select hexes outside of the visual range, and it needs to guarantee a path is cleared up to the outside hexes. I think it would be a nice QoL enhancement if Auto Survey queue editing could be added somehow.

From what I've seen, the way auto-survey works is from the hex you select it will rotate around your location anti-clockwise until it reaches the hex up and left of you, and then it will move down-left (so out a ring) and repeat. Skipping any already surveyed hexes. So you should select the bottom-left hex or the first hex anti-clockwise from there to avoid hexes being skipped.
