Should I keep some crops or just sell all?

I'm pretty new to the game. Started doing farming and my bank is filling on crops. Are any of them useful or can I just sell them? Also should I keep the gems or just sell them also?

You would probably regret giving them away.
Especially when considering that there are many different far more effective methods to get some gold.

Finish some township tasks.
Level thieving.
Get some crafting equipment and craft high level javelins to sell those.

bank space can be an issue in the early game but basically never sell anything that you can still use to make something else out of it. only sell fully finsihed products that u are sure not to need anymore

Sell the crops. You won't need them for a very long time, if at all, and they are an absolutely terrible choice for combat food compared to cooked fish.

Sell the gems too. You won't need them for a very long time, if at all, and by then you can use the Mining Gloves to get more gems then you'll ever need.

Sell the food. It's not used until mid game. It's going to take a lot of materials and gold to open the equipment to even cook most of that food.

Gems are tricky. If you plan on using a crossbow early game then gems are needed to make bolts. But if you don't plan on leveling ranged with a crossbow then sell the gems. There is a mechanic where you buy the gems gloves that gives you a gem for every mining you do and then sell all the gems you make. It's about a 120% profit
