Mod Upgrades?

My total ignorance- Mod Manager- I want to to update the Mod - "will I die" to latest version- How on earth do I do that- Mod Manager only downloads the outdated version- why does it do this? Anyway- can anyone help a tech deprived soul on how to apply the latest version of this mod or indeed any mod in this game that has an upgrade- be very grateful for your time. I assume I unzip download which i did manually- to where?

There's a button for the "mod manager" in the game, probably best to handle modding through that interface.

It's been a little while since there's been an update, but I'm pretty sure it's a one click affair.

Just look in the left pane near the bottom while you're on your character or on the character select screen there's a button there for "mod manager" too.

Edit: Worth noting that the mods are made by fans, sometimes they are kept up to date fairly quickly, other times the creator moves on and they eventually stop working.
