Ancient Ring of Masteries acquired... but where?

Today when I logged in, I got an achievment "this is a cool thing" saying that I acquired this ring, but I can't see where it is, and don't even understand how did I acquire it.

Gained from fishing, at an extremely low chance to obtain, there are a few more rings you can acquire by fishing as well, if you cannot locate it visually, you can always use the search bar, typing any part of any word tied to an item even it's effect description will highlight all tabs in yellow which will contain items within your search specification
