Thanks but the 24 hour limit is not perfectly fine. I don't want to feel like I have to jump on my computer daily to play an idle game that I can play the way I want while connected to the internet.
Good on you for being fine with that. But that's a ridiculous expectation.
Well, it doesn't look like you even own the game?
I don't know if it will work...
But if you already own the game, there's nothing morally wrong with finding an alternative version of the game and figuring out if you can load mods into it..
The DRM in this game is nothing to do with Steam.
You don't own it though, so I wouldn't expect you to know anything about it. Have a nice day.
Also here is MY evidence that they are either lying or mistaken.

this thread states quite clearly there is STEAM DRM on the title...so tell me how in any way my statements were unhelpful to the thread/question? I would state that the one I blocked was being a knuckle dragger just spouting uselessness towards posts. I only block peeps that show themselves to be unkind, etc.
Fails to notice that my main contribution to the thread was to make sure you own the game then find a version that has had the DRM removed, and see if you can install mods like that.
Whatever it is that requires me to be online is also present on android, so forgive me for not knowing that there is also/steam exclusive(?) DRM present in the Steam version.
Anyway, "blocked" on Steam forums is about the most meaningless BS in the world. We both know you just clicked my comment to see what I said.
