most efficient food
I got 120 cooking/fishing, auto eat 3 but not the "Art of Cooking" upgrade, what would be the most efficient food to use during early end to late end game?

Farming Slayer coins and buying Bountiful Resupplies for Static Jellyfish for players who do have ToTH and Standard Resupplies for players who don't have the DLC while also trading for Static Jellyfish from township give more HP/hour than wasting time in the current most useless skill in the game.

If you're desperate for food or haven't touched combat yet, getting Static Jellyfish or Crab to 99 mastery for the extra HP bonus is worth doing.

Hmm is there a specific setup for the town or do i just spam food buildings?

I'm close to endgame and I've used whales the entire time. The fully upgraded auto-eat will recover HP at the threshold of 40% HP, and at 99 constitution this would be 990 hit points * 40% which is 396. What this means is that any food that heals above 396 will technically suffice, and whales heal around 600 so I see no reason to use any other food.

It's redundant to focus entirely on food in township. Dedicating the water biome in township to fishing will provide more than enough food for endgame township. Make sure you have a trader built and you can get whales from the trader and fish for them at the same time. 20,000 whales should be enough to get all of your combat skills + thieving to 99. Definitely going to need more than that if you're gaming for 120.

It depends on what you want, some people only bother with it for food, but getting a mix of everything else (food, bars, wood, ores, herbs, and potions) is nice.

This guide has some builds you can look into or try out.
