Realm Grinder is good.
Wizard and Minion Idle is very good.
Leaf Blower Revolution is good.
Realm Grinder has factions that all have different abilities so each time you need to adjust abit to accomplish the task at hand instead of just trying to eventually strong arm your way thru.
Wizard and Minions has some complex stuff going on in background. Its all there to open up and try to synergize. There are alot of mechanics that all fit together somehow.
Leaf Blower has several stages, each with new mechanics and allot of content to get thru. There are many in game currencies for the different stages and bosses to overcome to move on.
I tried it once long ago when it first launched so my opinion of it at this time would be I dont have one. From what I do remember it had the party mechanic that mattered to winning battles. Some synergies between some characters to increase their stats. I got it on my wishlist to try again after I finish up a couple I have going now. Just looked - I just downloaded that one a couple days ago as backup.
EDIT - Sorry was thinking of another game called - its very similar to the DnD game play.

From years ago there was Idling to Rule the Gods and maybe a couple years back Idle Skilling. Both have had significant updates and been ported to Steam since, so I can't speak for how good or bad the current versions are, but if as enjoyable as the versions I played back then, should be a decent shout.
All these games are unfolding in nature so you gain access to new features as the games progress. All feature combat of some type.
