I haven't touched township sense I maxed it and that was before the rework so I'm not exactly sure how it works now
You need houses obviously to get people in. You would want to invest in farms etc jobs for people to start coming into your town.
How did you max it before the rework? Actually nevermind, forgot about mods. Soon enough 120/120 and been on this pretty much eversince it was introduced.
I found out the issue. I had "You have 2,159 ticks to spend" but I never saw a place to spend them before, so I assumed there was a menu i was overlooking or haven't unlocked.
It turns out the ticks/min/hour/day aren't an actual tick/time tracker, but rather how I spend my ticks.
A bit of a convoluted UI decision with no explanation. Even after reading the wiki, it never specified how tick spending worked. But, my issue is resolved now, I appreciate the responses.
