Arrow Shafts and higher quality wood

so when crafting arrow shafts, selecting a higher quality wood gives you more arrow shafts per craft. However, you still only get 5xp per craft... This doesn't seem like it's supposed to be this way, otherwise you might as well just use Normal Wood to min-max the xp you grind out of it. If I want 60 Arrow Shafts, I might as well just craft 4x Normal Wood into them for 20xp instead of just 1x Teak Wood for 5xp.

Time. Spending less time making shafts means more time making the arrows which give far more xp than the 5 shafts do.

it's not about relying on it, it's about the inconsistency with XP.

You also get more XP crafting basic leather chaps over hard leather anything even tho hard leather takes 3x the mats.
