Though... the new quality of life features, mainly the auto yeeting, is insanely useful, seeing as now I can simply set the limit and blindly advance as many ticks as I want, for the xp.
The balancing adjustments were also very useful in terms of xp, after the update I managed to boost my town from 11k population to 16k. The only reason I still engage with it, is for the benefits of the superior max cape.
By design, a min-maxing, micromanaging skill in a game that is for the most part idle, is going to be an insane balancing act, hopefully it gets better.
I do agree the quality of life and UI changes are great and were very much needed but I don't think they really thought out what kind of impact they wanted the skill to have or how to nerf it, so these changes just feel like complete overkill. Even if they fix it, it's worthless in the mean time.
I don't even want to get it to 120 now. My love of game is ruined. At this point I think the only way to save the game is to delete township and refund the gold players spent on it. Make all buyable township related items in shop available w/ other means outside township.
Yikes this was bad. There's no salvaging it. It's a flawed ♥♥♥♥♥♥ idea.
Surely the only point can’t be to get the exp items? Right? Because if it can’t make money or give resources faster than other skills then it does seem to be a bit aimless other than to get a big town that doesn’t collapse in on itself.
