Where to get new seeds?

The official Twitter said the Farmer(Thieving) and Nests can give the new seeds but they aren't showing any of the new seeds as possible drops.

I don't know about thieving, but woodcutting can yield Raven Nests with the new seeds in them.

Any tree thats lvl 100+

Only got allotment and tree seeds this way. Still can’t find the new herb seeds.

Herbs seeds didn't drop from normal bird's nests and mostly came from slayer area monsters And that's where you get the new herb seeds though all of the areas and monsters are post Impending Darkness I'm pretty sure

I haven't checked thieving though, there might be a way to get the herb seeds from the new thieving NPCs
