Firemaking mastery exp.

Is firemaking mastery exp supposed to be extremely slow? I'm burning maple at lvl 25 and only getting 2 mastery pool exp per log.

Mastery XP scales of a lot of things, you can read everything here if you want https://wiki.melvoridle.com/w/Mastery

In short the higher the mastery level the action is the more mastery it will give and when you hit level 99 in a skill the pool XP from actions is doubled (half of the actions mastery earned)

What I mean is that the amount of mastery exp per log im getting isnt going up. I have burned a 1000 logs and im still getting 2 pool exp per log.

it will go up the more total mastery levels you have in fire making, and the more unlocks you get in fire making, for me with all my unlocks and levels, maple logs give 286 master and 143 pool mastery

you had just switch to another wood and your number get update

nooope, you have not do it XD, it's just graphic late update. Behind the scene game give you exp equal your mastery level, bot show you another number bc don't update visual presentation. U can notice that by watching for incresing xp.
