Is this not in the steam version?

So I was looking around for ways to farm magic wand (elite) and noticed on the wiki that it showed Necromancers for thieving. I clicked on them in the wiki and it tells me that I can thieving from them in the Undead Palace, but there is no place shown in my locations listing under that part of the game and no mention of how to reach it. So is it a place that's not in the steam version or am I missing something that is required to unlock it?

I found that runecrafting is the easiest way to get a wand at low levels.

Without the DLC the best places to get an Elite Magic Wand would be the Cursed Maiden, but if you can't idle her, Dark Wizards drop the Powerful Magic Wand and once you get 100 you can upgrade them into an Elite Magic Wand

Speaking of combat for some reason I can't fight anything. Like I have the gear loadout recommended by the wiki for the water god but no matter what I do I won't fight anything. Even going to a different fight like a goblin results in nothing happening. I've even removed all my gear and just left a bronze dagger and shield on and still I can't get the combat to start.

Is your bank full? If it is and you have Toggle Ignore Bank Full disabled that might be why

It's not full according what I'm seeing. The number of spaces occupied is well belong my current space limit so it's not that.

I have a weapon and shield quipped, along with armor and food. I have damage reduction potions active and for prayers I have safe guard and stone skin.

Armor is the aesir set with FEZ, infernal cape, ancient crossbow with emerald bolts, ring of wealth and finally the yak summons.

For food I have pizza, apple pie, and perfect manta rays. And the damage reduction potions are all IV.

Other than that all I can think of is if you have any mods installed that might cause the issue

I haven't put any new ones on in days and none of them have anything to do with combat and all of them are up to date. I've just restarted my pc. Gonna see if that helps.
